Yamaha Policy:2019 YAMAHA 150 HP JET F150JB OUTBOARD MOTOR
Yamaha requires that all motors must be shipped to an authorized Yamaha dealer. The authorized Yamaha dealer will then install any necessary rigging, test your motor, fill out a detailed engine checklist, and file your warranty paperwork with Yamaha. This will be an additional cost to you (contact your local dealer for that pricing). Dealers are not required to offer this service. Contact us if you need help locating a dealer willing to provide this service. When you check out, enter your local Yamaha dealer’s shipping address in the ‘ship to’ address fields at checkout. Yamaha does not allow dealers to ship engines directly to the customer. If you see a competing dealer that is willing to ship directly to you, they are breaking Yamaha rules and your warranty may not be valid.

Shipping:
UPS allows shipments up to 150 lbs (dimensional weight). During the checkout process our website will calculate the shipping costs for any motor that is under 150 lbs. If the motor is over 150 lbs, the motor will have to be shipped via freight line. Our website will allow you to checkout, but will not include a shipping fee. We will determine the freight cost and have you do a second online transaction to cover the cost of the freight line delivery once we get an exact quote.
Once you place your order, it will take 7-10 days for our warehouse to receive your motor from Yamaha. We will then ship the motor to the authorized Yamaha dealer that you have selected to perform the warranty inspection and paperwork. We will notify you when we have shipped the motor.
